Globetrekker.com has sponsored or produced programming that has appeared on television. A schedule or when to look for these programs would be helpful. I also would like to see the names and background of the explorers which have appeared in the show? Only by chance have I seen two of these shows, one on an airplane the other about a week ago.

The television program is presently sponsored by the car manufacturer Subaru and it is produced by a company called Pilot Guides based in the UK. The globetrekker.com web site was established in 1996, almost 5 years before the previously named Lonely Planet Television program was renamed Globe Trekker TV in late 2000. |
